10/26/2004, Agreement between DMC and the CHA group
Dollfus Mieg & Cie (DMC) and the Cha group of companies, owner of 17.27% of the shares in DMC via Felstead International Limited (Felstead), are pleased to announce an agreement involving the purchase by the Cha group of DMC's interest in their former Hong Kong joint venture and the settlement of all claims between them.

After a first quarter below last year's one, the group achieved its goals for the end of the second quarter without reducing the gap of the beginning of the year.
04/02/2004, 2003 Results
2003 was a very good year for the DMC Group in spite of particularly adverse currency rates.
Initiated a few years ago, the Group's turnaround was confirmed by these results.
